As he lives in New Zealand, we have agreed to distribute
the book within UK and Europe, while Bruce will organise
distribution for Australia, New Zealand and the Rest of the
World. Full details are now posted on our website but we
are awaiting stock. We will post an update here when the
book is available for despatch. Meanwhile, Steve's most
recent books are also still available for immediate delivery.
